Medical information

The current Profile → Medical Info form reads and updates the structured medical baseline for the account that is signed in. It includes blood type, language, allergies, selected chronic-condition flags, emergency contact, organ-donor status, and comments.

This Profile tab does not provide a client selector and should not be described as the practitioner workflow for editing a client's structured medical information. Do not enter client data into your own profile. Use the client's supported Documents/forms and clinical-notes workflows when those are the appropriate source, and follow clinic policy if structured client data needs correction.

The older standalone prescription and medical-test dashboard tabs are retired. Current files, generated clinical records, forms, and notes live in Documents and forms. The Medical records module must be enabled for its protected API and document workflows.
