Finding care
You can find a provider through the public directory, a clinic's Find Care page, or a direct booking link shared by the provider.
The public provider directory
The home page at virtualclinic.online lists providers who have enabled public
visibility. Use the filters to browse:
- All — public clinics and independent practitioners together;
- Clinics — multi-practitioner clinic workspaces; or
- Practitioners — independent practitioners with public profiles.
Clinic cards show available clinic profile information. Practitioner cards use the practitioner's public profile, which can include their name, speciality, biography, profile image, and booking handle. Providers control this visibility from their own Profile or clinic settings. A private provider remains accessible by direct invitation or booking link but does not appear publicly.
Find Care inside a clinic
If Find Care appears in a clinic portal, it shows practitioners in that workspace who are currently available for public discovery. Open a profile to review the information supplied by that practitioner and continue to their booking page.
Public visibility is not the same as chart access. Finding or booking a public practitioner does not give every practitioner access to your records. In a strict-access workspace, chart access follows your assigned care team.
Clinics and independent practitioners
Opening a clinic card takes you to that clinic's subdomain, such as
yourclinic.virtualclinic.online. Opening an independent practitioner takes
you to their booking page on my.virtualclinic.online. In either case, the
booking flow lets returning clients sign in and new clients register before
submitting an appointment request.
If your provider is not listed
Some providers work only by referral or direct invitation. Use the clinic URL or personal booking link they shared with you. If the link is lost, contact the provider directly; public directory visibility is optional and does not determine whether an existing client account remains active.
