Your booking page

Clients can discover a public practitioner through Find Care, open the practitioner's profile, or use a direct booking link.

Public profile and handle

Use Profile → Public profile to maintain the information shown publicly. You can claim a short handle, producing a link like:

https://my.virtualclinic.online/@yourname

The handle resolves publicly only when Public visibility is on. The profile may show your photo, cover image, speciality, bio, languages, experience, location, website, and social links when those fields are present. With Public visibility on, clients you already message can also call you directly from the conversation, if you allow it — see Messages.

Every practitioner account with a booking slug has a direct link:

https://my.virtualclinic.online/book/<your-booking-slug>

Open Appointments and choose Copy Booking Link to copy the correct URL for the portal you are using. Share it in an email signature, website, social profile, or referral message. The direct booking link remains useful even when Public visibility is off.

What the client does

A signed-out visitor identifies as a returning or new client. A returning client signs in. A new client enters their name, email, and password, then continues in the same booking flow. Booking-created accounts have a 48-hour email-verification grace period, but the client must verify the address before that period ends.

The client then selects an available time and supplies the appointment details. Slots come from your configured working hours and existing appointments. Keep My Schedule current so the public page offers the intended availability.
