Finding care

Virtual Clinic gives you two ways to find a provider: the public provider directory on the platform home page, or a direct link that your clinic or doctor has already shared with you. Both paths lead to the same booking experience.

The provider directory

The platform home page at virtualclinic.online includes a searchable directory of providers who have chosen to be publicly listed. At the top of the directory you can see the total number of available providers, and three filter tabs let you narrow the list:

  • All — shows every public clinic and independent doctor together.
  • Clinics — shows only multi-provider clinics.
  • Doctors — shows only independent solo practitioners.

Clinic cards display the clinic name and, when available, its city, state, or country. Doctor cards display the doctor's name and their speciality (or a short bio, or "General practice" if neither is set).

Only providers who have opted in to public visibility appear in the directory. A clinic or doctor that prefers to work by referral or direct invitation will not show up here.

Clinics vs independent doctors

Clicking a clinic card takes you to that clinic's own subdomain portal (for example, yourclinic.virtualclinic.online). Each clinic runs its own isolated workspace — you sign in and book entirely within that clinic's portal.

Clicking a doctor card takes you to that doctor's booking page on the shared independent-practice portal at my.virtualclinic.online. Independent doctors are solo practitioners who are not part of a named clinic.

The booking flow itself works the same way in both cases: choose whether you are a returning or new patient, provide your credentials or register, and fill in the appointment form. See Appointments for a full walk-through.

If your provider is not listed

Not every provider chooses to appear in the public directory. Your clinic may have sent you its web address directly, or your doctor may have shared a personal booking link with you. Use that link to book — you do not need to go through the directory first.

If you have lost the link, contact your provider's reception desk to get the correct address.

Keep in mind that using a direct link and signing in brings you into exactly the same dashboard as going through the directory — the path you use to get there does not affect your appointments, messages, or records.
