Your booking page
Every independent doctor on Virtual Clinic gets a public profile page and a shareable booking link. Patients can arrive at your profile from the platform directory or directly from a link you share — and they can book an appointment without needing an account beforehand.
Your public profile
Your public profile is available at:
my.virtualclinic.online/d/<your-slug>
The page displays your name (shown as "Dr. [your name]"), your speciality (if you have one on file), and your bio. A Book an appointment button takes patients straight into the booking flow.
The profile is only reachable on the my.virtualclinic.online subdomain. If
someone tries to load /d/<your-slug> on the main platform domain they will
reach a 404 page — always use the full my.virtualclinic.online/d/<your-slug>
address when linking to your profile directly.
Note that your profile is only discoverable through the platform directory if you have opted in to public visibility. See Getting started for details on that setting.
Sharing your booking link
The easiest link to share is your booking link, which takes patients directly to the booking form without landing on your profile first:
my.virtualclinic.online/book/<your-slug>
To copy this link, open your Appointments dashboard and click Copy Booking Link in the top-right corner of the page. The link is copied to your clipboard and ready to paste anywhere — an email signature, a social media profile, your personal website, or a patient referral message.
What patients experience when booking
The booking flow has three steps and requires no prior account.
Step 1 — Identify yourself
The patient is asked: "Are you a returning patient or a new patient?" They choose one option to continue. Patients who are already signed in to Virtual Clinic skip this step and land directly on the booking form.
Step 2 — Sign in or create your account
- Returning patient — they enter their email address and password to sign in, then continue to the next step.
- New patient — they fill in their first name, last name, email address, and a password. Submitting this form creates their account immediately and moves them forward in the same flow — no separate sign-up process needed.
Step 3 — Booking form
The patient sees your name at the top of the form and fills in the details for the appointment they want to schedule. Their account is fully set up by this point, so the booking is linked to their patient record from the moment it is confirmed.
